Mr. B. Nedunchezhiyan, Managing Partner of N.V Laws has over twenty five years of experience. He has earned his law degree from the Law College of Madurai and is a member of Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Madras High Courts.  He is a member of various Government and other bodies such as the Madras High Court Advocates Association, Madras Bar Association, Rotary Club of Kutrallam, and Indian Institute of Public Administration etc.

His credentials include, but not limited to being appointed as Government Advocate of High Court to the Sales Tax Department, Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC), Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu State Election Commission, Railway Standing Counsel.

Having built a name for himself in the Real Estate space, he has served as Legal Adviser of City Square Enterprises (Happy Homes), Wisdom Properties (P) Ltd., JVP Estates, Bala Pari Builders, Pettucola Properties and a number of other real estate concerns. In addition to the above, he has also served as Legal Officer of Indian Overseas Bank.

Mr. Nedunchezhiyan is also the Founder of New Bharat Welfare Association, an N.G.O. which works with the underprivileged. The NGO has been actively conducting medical camps, legal aid camps since its inception. Mr. Nedunchezhiyan is active in many social organizations and has so far represented many Public & Private companies & statutory corporation in litigation matters before various legal forums and all aspects of matrimonial and family law related matters.
